Our #AltumPT high-resolution #multispectral and #thermal drone camera was used in a blueberry field to support precision agriculture efforts, focusing on weed identification and fertilizer management. By using thermal imagery from the flight with the #PIX4Dfields magic tool, it is possible to differentiate the inter-row weed nests (colder) from the blueberries (warmer). This key insight helps target fertilizer applications and reduce the costs.
