  • Holiday vibes, happy tummies, and festive sweater glory! Our San Diego office turned up the festive cheer with a holiday-themed lunch, complete with ham, turkey, and all the fixings. But the fun didn’t stop there! We also had a holiday sweater contest—the competition was fierce and, in some cases, hilariously tacky. The cherry on top? A photo booth to capture all the smiles, laughs, and team spirit with work friends. Food, photos, and festive fashion—Happy Holidays from Agena Bioscience! #HolidayCheer #OfficeFun #FestiveSeason #FoodAndPhotos

  • Looking for a more efficient mutation profiling platform for breast and lung cancer research? If so, you’ll want to check out these two posters at this year’s Association for Molecular Pathology (AMP) Annual Meeting & Expo:   Detection of common hotspot variants in PIK3CA and TP53 using Agena ClearSEEK™ on the MassARRAY® System (ST085). This study, in collaboration with the University of Tübingen, looks at how the Agena ClearSEEK PIK3CA and the Agena Custom ClearSEEK TP53 panels stack up against digital droplet PCR in profiling FFPE breast cancer samples. A comprehensive evaluation of a rapid, low DNA input and cost-effective, targeted lung panel using MassARRAY technology to identify clinically relevant somatic variants in lung cancer (ST001). This poster describes a somatic variant profiling comparison study of an Augusta University developed LDT using iPlex HS chemistry on the MassARRAY system to NGS in FFPE lung cancer samples. We hope to see you at AMP next week! Drop by our booth (#925) to say hello and learn more about MassARRAY technology. If you can’t make it to AMP, comment below to get more information about the posters and Agena’s oncology and PGx solutions.     #AMP2024 #MutationProfiling #Oncology
