AggieTech Wellhead is currently seeking an Inventory Control Specialist. If you or know anyone interested, please send resumes to careers@aggietechoil.com Responsibilities: -Perform daily inventory related task manage cycle count / inbound /return / transfer / adjustments / lost / damage and etc. -Place special orders and ensure pricing is accurate -Place purchase orders from vendors to balance projected needs with special buy opportunities and future promotions utilizing on-time delivery methods -Coordinate with ops team on stock levels, aged merchandise, identify problems and propose improvement plan -Assists marketing, pricing, inventory control, and accounts payable/accounts receivable departments to resolve system and/or invoice cost discrepancies and determine appropriate corrective action with vendor to resolve -Provide informational assistance on products and freight to staff and customers -Analyze and prepare weekly to show inventory state and periodic reports for management review -Manage inventory move and transitions -Manage monthly / quarterly / annual stock count activity -Ability to respond to email, tickets or chat enquiries promptly -Other tasks as assigned by Operations Manager Job Requirements and Qualification: -Knowledge of wellhead parts preferred -Minimum of 1 year of working experience in handling inventory -Experience with QuickBooks is a plus -Strong digital, written and verbal communications skills in English is must -Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with others in a positive and collaborative manner -Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more -Comply with all quality, safety, health, environmental requirements, policies, and procedures relevant to the position *Medical/Dental/Vision/LTD/STD/Life/401K/401K Match/Vacation/PTO* #hiring #wellhead #inventory
