AI is reshaping how we work, communicate, and make decisions—but can it help us uncover hidden biases in leadership? 🤔 That’s the question three members of our AI Leadership Lab—Sonny Mendoza, Katharine Bodan, and Nino di Chiara—set out to explore over a year-long experiment. Their findings? AI can: ✅ Reveal cultural blind spots (when prompted effectively) ✅ Support decision-making (but not replace it) ✅ Reflect and even amplify human biases One key takeaway: AI is only as objective as the data it’s trained on. Leaders must approach AI critically—using it to challenge assumptions, enhance self-awareness, and make more inclusive decisions.
