How we turned an 80-page process into a 15-minute experience: If you’ve ever had to deal with an 80-page subscription document full of legal jargon, you know how frustrating and time-consuming it can be. It’s not just a hassle for investors—it slows down GPs, too. Every extra step or confusing question makes it harder for investors to complete the process, delaying fundraising and sometimes losing deals altogether. We wanted to change that, so we got out of the office and into the real world. We visited client offices, joined investor meetings, and sat in on calls to see exactly where the process broke down. What we saw wasn’t pretty: mountains of paperwork, investors getting stuck on questions, and GPs spending hours walking people through the process. That’s why we built the Smart Questionnaire. Instead of overwhelming investors with long, complicated documents, it breaks everything down into simple, interactive forms. Answers are automatically filled into the right spots in the subscription document, making the whole process faster, easier, and a lot less stressful. And the results have been incredible. We watched one investor finish a 100-question subscription in just *15 minutes*! Watching it happen was a moment of validation for everything we had worked toward. It proved that removing friction and simplifying the process doesn’t just make fundraising faster—it transforms the entire investment experience. In just a few weeks, hundreds of subscriptions have been signed through the platform. GPs are thrilled, telling us their investors love how smooth and quick the process is now. This has been a reminder of how important it is to really listen, watch, and understand what people need. When you do, you can solve problems that make a real difference.
