📢 Exciting News from the 2024 AIChE Conference in San Diego! 🌟 I'm thrilled to announce that I presented a poster today at the AIChE Conference, showcasing my research on the "Effect of Temperature on Calcium Sulfate Scale Formation." Utilizing a novel continuous stirred tank reactor laser setup, my study explores how varying temperatures impact the formation and deposition of calcium sulfate scale, which is crucial for improving efficiency in industrial processes. Kaitlynn Klebe is a senior in chemical engineering and she worked as a Process Controls Intern this summer at Marathon Petroleum Corporation in Detroit, MI. Great job at your second summer at Marathon!

As my summer internship comes to an end, I am beyond grateful for the wonderful experience that I have gained as a Quality Engineering Intern. It has been an immersive beginning to my career, and I’m excited to see what the future brings because of this position. A big thank you to Geoff Swisher, James Boros, Shannon Rades, and Sophie Cocchiarella for their mentorship and support in my professional growth during my time here. You all made sure that I had fun while learning about water treatment, filters, and cleaning validation. Thank you, Hawkins, Inc., for welcoming me into your amazing internship program and to all the incredible individuals I've had the privilege of working with this summer!
