🚨AICPA UPDATE 🚨 (update as of: Dec 27). Late last night, the Fifth Circuit court, through a merits panel weighing the parties’ claims, vacated the motion to stay the injunction. In other words, 👉Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, US Treasury no longer has the ability to enforce the #BOI reports. 👈 👉At this time, filing is voluntary👈 It is not clear if there will be further delays to filings beyond Jan 13. The AICPA still maintains its advice that those assisting clients with BOI report filings, gather the required information from the clients and be prepared to file the BOI report if the injunction is lifted again.
