The goal of the Office of Academic Innovation (AI) is student success. AI fosters a culture of innovation in teaching and learning. The Office of Academic Innovation advances the mission of Cal Poly Pomona to cultivate success through a diverse culture of experiential learning, discovery, and innovation and supports Cal Poly Pomona’s strategic aspiration to be the epicenter of creativity, innovation and discovery. AI collaborates with faculty, staff and students to develop and implement innovative curriculum aimed at nurturing engaged and life-long learning of the Cal Poly Pomona community. AI’s portfolio provides multiple innovative opportunities to faculty, students and staff for integrative and applied learning. Faculty and staff can participate in winter and summer institutes addressing various innovative curriculum in teaching and learning.
