Now that we have seen HubSpot's Breeze AI and Salesforce's Agentforce unveiled this week, can we talk about the largest issue with CRMs that AI should have solved by now? Why does it still take several weeks, if not months and thousands of $$$ to "implement" a CRM, where in a sales rep still has to spend almost half of their week doing unenjoyable, busy record keeping work instead of selling? I had seen this problem first-hand as a PM at HubSpot and quit my job there to build a CRM that uses AI to automatically configure itself to the way your business functions, so that it doesn't take more than a day to setup your CRM and sales reps don't have to spend more than 10 minutes a day inside CRM records to sell effectively.
