The AJC team recently attended Aboyne Academy's Future Pathways Event, where pupils from 4th to 6th year were invited to speak with local businesses and career advisors 📚👨🎓🛠️ Andy Stewart (Workshop Director) and Peter Barron (Development Manager) showcased the many different routes to starting a career in construction, from roles in finance and surveying to design and joinery. AJC Scotland attended Aboyne Academy as part of a Future Pathways Event. Pupils from 4th, 5th and 6th year were invited to come along and speak to local businesses and careers advisors. Our aim was to highlight the many different routes to starting a career in construction. Whether it be management, finance, surveying, design or joinery, there are multiple relatable aspects of the school curriculum that apply.
