🚀 𝐀𝐈 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐃𝐞𝐦𝐨 𝐃𝐚𝐲: 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐚 𝐧𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭!! 🚀 The room is full. The lights are on. All 15 teams of our incredible batch are ready. Ready to show what they’ve been grinding on for the past 3 months. We were thrilled to present our progress and share our big vision: 👉 𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐬 𝐫𝐮𝐧 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧 𝐛𝐮𝐝𝐠𝐞𝐭. Last week, we wrapped up our journey with 𝐀𝐈 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬 by Campus Founders: A 3-month accelerator designed to 𝘧𝘢𝘴𝘵-𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘤𝘬 AI startups. What did we get? ✅ Mentorship from experienced founders. ✅ Workshops with business and AI experts. ✅ An on-site experience in Heilbronn, surrounded by a supportive community that pushed us forward. It was an incredible experience. And 𝐃𝐞𝐦𝐨 𝐃𝐚𝐲 was the 𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘧𝘦𝘤𝘵 𝘧𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘭𝘦 to these intense, transformative months. We can’t wait to come back soon! P.S. 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤𝐞𝐧𝐝, 𝐰𝐞 𝐭𝐨𝐨𝐤 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐀𝐄𝐂 𝐇𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐓𝐔𝐌 𝐕𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐚𝐛𝐬.(Imagine two days of construction specialists teaming up with hackers from across Europe!) And where better for this collaboration than our home turf—TUM Venture Labs? Our office was buzzing with energy as we hosted one of the eight challenges alongside Drees & Sommer and Nemetschek Group. 𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞? Extracting relevant information from the sea of emails and visualizing it in a meaningful way. It was no easy task, but… 💡 𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐜𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐡𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐭. We walked away with the “Best Hack for Humanity” award! (Ok, maybe optimizing email usage doesn’t solve all of humanity’s problems, but it sure brings massive benefits to the construction world!) This event has us even more motivated to stay on our mission: To revolutionize how emails and meeting minutes are used in construction. Die Basis der Prozessoptimierung! Vinzenz Trimborn, Janick Hofer und Ann-Christin Gah bauen mit Alago einen KI-gestützten Assistenten für Projektmanager:innen in der Bauplanung. Konkret heißt das: Bauprojekt-Entscheidungen sind oft undurchsichtig und die Ursachen für Fehlschläge unklar. Dieses Problem resultiert aus der Herausforderung, Entscheidungen auf Basis einer heterogenen und unstrukturierten Datenlandschaft treffen zu müssen, was nicht nur zu einem hohen Zeitaufwand führt, sondern auch dazu, dass ein Großteil der gesammelten Daten und Entscheidungen verloren geht. Mit Large Language Models und BIM-Technologie schafft #Alago eine klare, strukturierte Datengrundlage, die es ermöglicht, Entscheidungen zu dokumentieren, zu analysieren und aus vergangenen Projekten zu lernen. What happens when you connect with experts, #founders, and #innovators, to ignite the debate on disrupting #architecture, #realestate, and #construction? 💡 The event “Pitch & Progress Meet-Up” of our Built Environment Lab was filled with insights into the unique ecosystem of the #builtenvironment, team pitches, expert impulses, and networking. 🎓The highlights from our experts: ▶ Prof. Dr. Konrad Nübel (Technical University of Munich, Chair for Construction Management) emphasized the need for innovation in the construction industry.
