Last week was full of innovation and collaboration. In Portugal, we attended the Web Summit, a global event held in Lisbon that brings together tech leaders, startups, and industry experts to explore the future of innovation. A dynamic space for exchanging ideas and strengthening strategic connections.   We also visited the #5G Hub of our partner and alliance member, NOS, a center where pioneering projects are developed using technologies such as Computer Vision, XR, and IoT. We had the opportunity to delve into the implementation of MES systems and digitalization solutions at Sumol+Compal and Recipharm, which are transforming their processes to optimize productivity and improve operational efficiency.   It has been an inspiring week. Thank you, NOS (NOS SGPS), for welcoming us! We take away new ideas, valuable learnings, and renewed energy to continue advancing together in digital transformation.

🔝 Last week, we organized a deep dive session on #OpenGateway, bringing together industry experts, Alaian members, and innovative startups. João Calvário from NOS SGPS opened the session by sharing how his team is using #APIs to advance in critical areas, from mobility to smart cities, emphasizing the need to maximize network investment returns and foster collaboration between operators and startups. From KPN, Ramazan Soganci discussed the growth of identity APIs as a key monetization opportunity, especially in sectors like finance and retail, where these solutions are making a tangible impact. Miguel Manjón Torres from Cellnex Telecom joined the conversation, highlighting the company’s role as an infrastructure operator and its commitment to sustainability in network development. He shared their focus on providing innovative solutions that enable advanced connectivity in an increasingly digital world. 👏🏼 We thank all participants for making this session a valuable space for learning and collaboration that will undoubtedly contribute to building a more agile and connected future.
