🌟 Thank You to Our Lunch & Learn Attendees and Presenter! A huge thank you to all the members who joined us for our November Lunch & Learn event yesterday! It was fantastic to connect and learn together. A special shoutout to our presenter, Joe Towers CFI CEP at Global Forensics Inc., for delivering such an informative and engaging session on "Insurance and the Investigator." Your insights into the investigative process and your thoughtful use of terms like "I observed" rather than "red flag" is a valuable reminder to approach our work in a professional and fair manner in claims handling, reinforcing the duty of Good Faith. We’d also like to extend our gratitude to the The Alberta Teachers' Association for graciously hosting us at the last minute. Your support made the event seamless and successful. Mark your calendars for our upcoming events: 📅 Webinar: December 11, 2024 📅 Lunch & Learn: January 22, 2025 If any of our members have feedback about the event, please don’t hesitate to share—we’d love to hear your thoughts to continue improving our sessions!
