*Family Town Hall for Calgary Rescheduled* The Court received feedback about a two-day LESA course in Calgary on November 28, 2024. As such, in order to ensure that the bar has the opportunity to attend the Calgary town hall, they have changed the date to December 4, 2024 from 12:30 – 1:30.

Thank you students and lawyers who attended AFLA's second Family Law Fair on October 31st! As another Family Law Fair comes to completion at the University of Calgary AFLA wishes to thank our volunteer panelists: Hon. Bonnie L. Rawlins, Max Blitt KC, Rita Richardson, Enrique Dubon-Roberts and Sasha Joshi for their time and energy spent as volunteer panelists informing students and lawyers alike about the breadth of family law practice in Alberta.
