ALL-TEST Pro is a leading manufacturer of electric motor predictive maintenance (PdM) equipment and condition monitoring tools. ALL-TEST Pro electric motor testing devices surpass other instruments by accurately and quickly diagnosing motor health issues to ensure electric motor reliability and reduce unnecessary facility operational and repair costs. All diagnostic instruments are handheld and lightweight making them exceptionally suitable for field testing applications. On the road this week at a paper mill. One motor was pulled for bearing issues. This is a great opportunity to test the motor health electrically before sending them out for bearing replacement. In the images below I used the portable (2lbs.), battery powered ALL-TEST Pro 7 PROFESSIONAL instrument. It took me 5 minutes to test both motors ground wall and winding insulation. #motorcircuitanalysis, #papermill, #paperindustry, #maintenance
