  • We're championing community over competition, because when we lift each other up, we all rise together. That biz bestie who shares your work to their network or plugs you in with their audience isn’t just a cheerleader—they’re a cornerstone of the foundation we’re building together as small business owners. When we choose collaboration over isolation, unity over individualism, we strengthen the fabric of our community and fuel our collective success. So let’s continue empowering and amplifying one another—because success is so much sweeter when we achieve it together. 🌟💼 #BlackBusiness #SupportBlackBusiness #BuyBlack #BlackOwnedBusinesses #BlackHistoryMonth #BusinessCommunity #ATBBCommunity

  • The entrepreneurial journey demands a lot and we often forget to put self care on our schedules. So, while we’re still tooting the horns of our admirable entrepreneurs this National Entrepreneurship Week, we’ve decided to blow the trumpet for @Maquita Moore’s Pressed Massage Therapy, a hidden gem that we’ve exposed now 🫣. One of the beautiful things about this business is the fact that it caters to both massage service providers and end consumers. For therapists, they’ve got the perfect environment and business model and all you need is to show up with your massage skills. For locals and visitors, ‘Amazing’ is the word many customers have used to describe the service. So if you ever make it to Downtown Fort-Worth, your search for excellent massage therapy is over! Call +1 (682) 305-4882 or visit @pressedmassage on Instagram to discover more. #WomenInBusiness #EntrepreneurLife #SmallBusinessOwner #BlackBusinesses #NationalEntrepreneurshipWeek2025 #massagetherapist #visitfortworth

  • It’s National Entrepreneurship Week and we’re crushing on Jenica Oliver, Fractional CMO and founder of the blueprint marketing group, llc . What started as a "bridge job" became her dream job after corporate restructuring showed her the door in 2016. Her first year running Blueprint Marketing Group was an eye-opener. Initially, she didn't see herself as an entrepreneur; she was just a marketing leader trying to navigate her next move. Fast forward through years of running on referrals and nearly hitting burnout (it’s the way of the solopreneur 😅), Jenica had to get real about what success meant to her. Sometimes it's not about scaling to the moon, but having the freedom to volunteer at your kids' schools and make it to family dinner! 🏆 As a Black woman in business, she learned early that "good enough" wasn't enough. “When my focus has been on doing great work, I've been blessed.” And the testimonies include being named: > High-Growth Entrepreneur of the Year. > 2024 WBE of the Year 👑• > Leading as DFW CPG's Executive Director and having her name mentioned in rooms she wasn't even in! Her secret sauce: It's not about scaling fast, it's about building right. She encourages everyone to create that solid foundation (because nobody wants their success story to be a house of cards!) Be flexible and keep learning (what works today might not work tomorrow) Embrace change (stop fighting the AI wave, because it’s here to stay) This #NationalEntrepreneurshipWeek, let Jenica's story remind you that success doesn't need a predetermined path. Sometimes the best business stories start with a detour! And for those navigating the world of product-based businesses, the upcoming CPG and Retail Summit is a great opportunity to gain industry insights and connect with others on the same journey. #NatlEshipWeek #WomenInBusiness #EntrepreneurLife #WomenCEO #NationalEntrepreneurshipWeek2025 #FractionalCMO
