Today, we want to highlight Caregiver Cindy Geiger who is making a difference in Coeur d’Alene, ID. We love 🌟celebrating🌟 our wonderful team members who truly go above and beyond for their clients, communities, and fellow coworkers. It is people like Tracy who make up All Ways Caring, and who contribute to helping our patient's live their best lives! As a result of forming bonds with each client, Cindy is better equipped to recognize any abnormal behaviors. This allows her to quickly update the family so the matter can be addressed. Her thoroughness allows clients to stay healthy and safe in their own homes, prioritizing and prolonging their well-being. One of Cindy’s long-term clients needed care seven days per week and was not comfortable taking on a different caregiver. Over the course of several months, Cindy worked more frequently with this client to ease the difficult transition. Her compassion kept the individual safe and at ease while she acclimated to the additional care. Thank you for all you do!

Today, we want to highlight Caregiver Tracy Jones who is making a difference in Macon, GA. We love 🌟celebrating🌟 our wonderful team members who truly go above and beyond for their clients, communities, and fellow coworkers. It is people like Tracy who make up All Ways Caring, and who contribute to helping our patient's live their best lives! Tracy has been working with one client for a couple months now. This client loves her to the extent that she will try to get Tracy to come as often as possible, even if other caregivers are assigned to her. She says she never has to tell Tracy what to do and that she is an “exceptional caregiver.” This is not the first time this has been said about Tracy, as she is noted to have a way about her that brings clients out of their shells, making them feel seen, heard, and cared for. Tracy is able to support any client in any location and complete the work that needs to be done to a high standard. Branch Manager Amy Brown says, “Tracy has a profound impact on all the clients that she works with. They all feel secure and safe having Tracy in their home. She is professional, compassionate, and loving with everyone she works with.” Thank you for all you do!
