A while back, injured myself kickboxing. Not a dramatic, movie-worthy moment, just one of those frustrating setbacks that sidelines you when you least expect it. When you’re out of practice, everything requires more effort. But strength comes with consistency. ✔️ You can’t pick up exactly where you left off. Frustrating? Yes. Every rep, every round, every small action, every day you show up builds momentum. ✔️ Mindset is everything. It’s easy to dwell on what you’ve lost.
