tigation trends this year. 👇 NUMBER 1: We fought censorship and defended FREE SPEECH. In 2024, governments around the world amped up their efforts to silence people for their views. We did not let this go unchallenged . . . and we won some big victories for free speech, including for cake artist Jack Phillips in CO and women’s sports advocate Sophia Lorey in CA. NUMBER 2: We fought gender ideology and defended BIOLOGICAL REALITY. Gender ideology threatened many basic rights this year: from free speech to parental rights to equal treatment for women—and we filed lawsuits in all these areas. We saw some big wins against the Biden admin’s illegal Title IX rewrite, and in favor of teachers who don’t want to keep secrets from parents or use inaccurate pronouns. NUMBER 3: We fought pro-abortion harassment and defended PRO-LIFE COMPASSION. Since the Dobbs ruling, pro-life pregnancy centers have been targeted. Pro-abortion officials in multiple states are trying to harass them out of existence . . . but we’re stepping up to stop it. We filed lawsuits against state AGs in NY, NJ, and CA for unlawfully targeting pregnancy centers, and we challenged a law in CO that bans doctors from providing—or even informing women about—abortion pill reversal. As 2025 dawns, we’re hopeful about the future. In many of these areas, the tide is turning back toward reality and common sense. But we can’t let up.
