In honor of Engineers Week, we asked ATG | DCCM to share evidence of their problem-solving skills off the clock. Our engineers, planners and support staff delivered stories of vent covers to discourage raccoons, precise plans for a backyard deck, and designs for everything from cat trees to bathrooms. We'd like to highlight Curtis, a technical staff member, who designed and installed thick plastic inserts to turn his screened back patio into a makeshift greenhouse when his Louisiana city experienced its first-ever blizzard. Curtis’ plant-loving wife, who monitored the greenhouse temperature via an app, was thankful that her plants all survived the storm. They are storing the removable panels in case they need to deploy the system in the future. #ATG | DCCM #EngineersWeek
