  • 2024 was a year of meaningful growth and transformation for the Alliance. We advanced key initiatives, including launching free webinars on policy and reflective practices, while expanding our reflective supervision/consultation offerings nationwide. Through workforce surveys and focus groups, we identified essential competency areas to support infants, young children, and families, laying the groundwork for a revised Competency Guidelines framework in 2025. Endorsement continued to thrive, with the addition of the Endorsed Reflective Supervisor add-on. Behind the scenes, we streamlined Endorsement policies and processes, supported our member associations for infant mental health with consultation and training/technical assistance, and strengthened our shared commitment to the workforce. And we continued to expand our national and international community! Thank you for being part of this incredible journey—together, we’re building a brighter future for babies, young children, families, and those who support them everywhere. https://lnkd.in/gwJ38T2x
