As we approach the end of 2024, we are reminded of all the great work in the community that is being done by our grantees and the San Diego nonprofit sector. We are especially grateful to partners who recently hosted several Community Meetups and to all the community members who participated. Hosts were Urban Collaborative Project CDC, Mundo Gardens, San Diego Refugee Communities Coalition and the NORTH COUNTY LGBTQ RESOURCE CENTER.
