Alliant is proud to have once again been asked to produce this amazing event for our even more amazing client. Our production philosophy was put to the test with this one. We were inspired by our client's cutting edge mission, but also their desire to draw from the nostalgia aesthetics of films like Tron. The future is now for our client and we reveled in designing a futuristic feel that was not only pleasing to the eyes, but also the in person auditory experience. Finding inspiration in Synthwave music to tie the experience together. We started with the basic concept. A big visual canvas, really big, 200ft wide big, with an awesome custom fabricated entry point. We then worked on the seating layout, this room was wide, but we still want great viewing windows, make it feel as intimate as possible, but we need 3500 to 4000 seats. We then moved to the lighting, "Can you make it like Tron?" , lets Jazz it up! We need to make sure we can actually see in this darkened corner of the trade show floor. The audio was next, of course it needed to sound great, but we had some real challenges here. We had to contend with concrete and steel, a MASSIVE trade show floor. We needed the right engineering and technology here. All of this needed a sound and bulletproof rigging plan. We needed to make sure not only could we fly it, it had to stay in the air. This event was anchored by amazing technology up and down the aisle. Roe CB5 panels created the massive 200ft wide x 20ft tall LED Wall. Fed by Barco E2 Gen 2 Screen management systems, Disguise media servers and Blackmagic Constellation 2ME handling a 5 camera fully robotic camera switch setup. Audio PA was anchored by an L'Acoustics Line KIVA and KARA line array setup. Providing a robust and crystal clear audio setup. Yamaha CL5 and full Dante setup helped to manage and drive this system. Shure Axient mic systems with DPA headset elements were the next step in creating a clear robust sound for our attendees. Lighting had the challenge of being extremely practical while pulling double duty for the complimentary visuals. We utilized Chauvet RX3 Washes for a high quality stage wash, Ayrton Diablos for gobo work and textures, Elation Smarty Hybrids to bring some Profile spot and beam twinkles into the mix. GLP Fusion Stick FS20, Martin Zoom Rush Par. In total, 200 lighting fixtures used to create visuals, and practical room lighting. All part of the plan to serve the amazing custom content we created. Interstitial "By the numbers" loop reel, a dynamic opening intro, animated lower thirds, session titles, conference logos and backgrounds. All of this to support an amazing slate of keynotes delivered by Volvo, Tesla, J.B. Hunt, Pilot, Ryder, Prologis; to name a few.
