About us
All In is the upcoming arts access scheme for deaf, disabled, and neurodivergent people in the UK and Ireland. Creative and cultural experiences should be accessible to all. By removing barriers, organisations across the UK and Ireland can welcome more people with access requirements through their doors. Together, we will work towards a sector which says, ‘everyone’s welcome’.

We're delighted Arts Council England have adopted the Social Model of Disability, which has always been at the heart of our work. Developed by disabled people for disabled people, All In remains committed to removing barriers in society to improve disabled people's experiences of creativity and culture. #WeAreAllIn
Earlier this year, we formally adopted the Social Model of Disability across our teams here at the Arts Council. Today, we’re happy to share this commitment with you. The Social Model works on the basis that a person is disabled because of the barriers created by society, and asks everyone to recognise, prevent and eliminate those barriers. Adopting the Social Model is an important step on our journey to becoming a more inclusive and accessible employer and development agency. Find out more 👇

We're All In! We're delighted to announce that we're part of Arts Council England's All In pilot programme which has launched in #Leeds! Alongside Leeds Heritage Theatres, Leeds Museums & Galleries, we're going to be one of the first organisations to test the new access scheme for creativity and culture in the UK and Ireland, developed by disabled people for disabled people. Ensuring the culture and the arts are accessible to everyone is something which lies at the heart of everything we do which is why we're thrilled to be involved right from the outset. The pilot will run for eight months through to summer 2025 before a national roll out in the second half of 2025. We look forward to working together in the coming months to improve the experience of engaging with the arts for everyone! Find out more >> https://allin.online/ #WeAreAllIn

We’re thrilled to be working with Arts Council England on developing the All In access scheme as a pilot venue. We warmly welcome ways in which as an industry we can work together to improve the experience of Deaf, disabled and neurodivergent people when attending arts and cultural events in the UK. It is essential for us that as an arts organisation, a business, and a charity we strive to develop ways in which we can continually improve the experience of our audiences here at the Playhouse, making theatre accessible to all. #WeAreAllIn Opera North Leeds Heritage Theatres Leeds Museums & Galleries All In

We're proud to announce that we have become a founding partner of All In, a groundbreaking Ireland and UK-wide access scheme aimed at improving accessibility in the creative and cultural sector for people with disabilities. The scheme aims to: 🔹 make it easier for people with disabilities to book tickets by improving the way access requirements are shared 🔹 provide support and skills development to help organisations meet accessibility standards 🔹 attract new audiences to the creative and cultural sector in Ireland and the UK We are delighted to join forces with Arts Council England, Arts Council of Northern Ireland, Arts Council of Wales, and Creative Scotland on this ambitious, disabled-led project, marking a historic moment in bi-lateral cultural cooperation. We now invite expressions of interest for two Irish representatives to join the All In Advisory Group (AIAG), paid positions whose role is to assist in guiding the project. The group comprises 12 disabled professionals, active in creative and cultural organisations, who will participate in quarterly meetings. Learn more at artscouncil.ie/all-in! 📷: Karol Wyszynski
