⭐As we continue to share our story, our annual holiday mixer was more than just one event, it was a vibrant tapestry of connection, celebration, and community. The room was electric with laughter, meaningful conversations, and the powerful energy of Latino professionals united by a single vision. What makes ALPFA special? It's not just about individual success 🥇 – it's about lifting each other up. Every conversation, every handshake, every shared laugh represents: • Mentorship that transforms careers • Networking that opens unexpected doors • Community that turns individual potential into collective power ALPFA Boston was founded by a group of individuals that were eager to have a community of likeminded Latinos who wanted to connect mentors and mentees and create visibility of our community in Boston. We came together from different industries, backgrounds, and journeys – but united by one powerful purpose: To empower Latino professionals and create opportunities where none existed before. 25 years of breaking barriers, 25 years of creating change, 25 years of proving that when we stand together, we are unstoppable! We also recognize the importance of our exceptional board members and their outstanding contributions. We recognized these incredible leaders all of whom are a part of that legacy: 🌟Outstanding Board Service Award • Francine Rodriguez, Director of Events • Carolina Lizano, Director of ALPFA Pride 🌟Committee Impact Award • Jorge A. Andrade, Director of Entrepreneurship • Lucas Moya, Associate Director of Entrepreneurship 🌟Rising Star Award • Dallana Raymundo, Board Secretary Seguimos mi gente! #ALPFA #Leaders
