ATO Consultants strengthen and build new professional skills that give them a massive leg up in their eventual career choice. Regardless of your eventual career path, or graduate or professional school in the future, working as an ATO Consultant provides significant and a broad range of professional experiences. We recently asked three former consultants how their time in the role shaped each of them and helped them in the current careers. If you are a past consultant, comment below and share YOUR story! 👏 We are interested in ATOs who want to hearing more about becoming a consultant. Check out the link 🔗:https://bit.ly/ATOHiring

About us
Alpha Tau Omega began as an idea in the mind of a young Civil War veteran who wanted peace and reconciliation. His name was Otis Allan Glazebrook. His people were defeated, many of their cities burned, much of their countryside ravaged. But Glazebrook, who had helped bury the dead of both sides, believed in a better future. He saw the bitterness and hatred that followed the silencing of the guns and knew that a true peace would come not from force of law, but rather from with the hearts of men who were willing to work to rekindle a spirit of brotherly love.

Beta Alpha is Freezin’ for a Reason this #FlagFriday ❄️ Every year, this #philanthropy event raises money for Hope Ministries in Des Moines to serve the homeless. Brothers build cardboard box houses and sleep outside in them for 24 hours to simulate homelessness. We are so proud of our brothers #commitment to making a difference! 💪

"By being surrounded by a group that shares the same values, you're cultivating that courage to go out and do what's right." The work our brothers are doing to prepare themselves for life after college is so important - we are so proud to see the growth from freshman year to senior year, and beyond.
