HOUSING STARTS | According to EyeOnHousing, multi-family housing starts increased 9.6% in October, to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 341,000 units. Single-family housing starts declined 6.9% to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 970,000 units, likely impacted by weather conditions in the South - and overall housing starts decreased 3.1% bringing the seasonally adjusted annual rate of 1.31 million units.
