Subchapter V bankruptcies are known for their efficiency, thanks in large part to the efforts of subchapter V trustees. However, concerns are growing over trustees not being compensated when plans are not confirmed — a situation that could discourage them from diving into cases. Fox Bankruptcy attorneys Michael Herz and Agostino A. It's been a really encouraging and mind-blowing couple of months. The American Bankruptcy Institute inducted me into its 40 Under 40 cohort. My paper "Bankruptcy Fiduciaries" was named as a co-winner of the Association of American Law Schools Scholarly Papers competition. And my senior colleagues at University of Florida - Fredric G. Levin College of Law voted unanimously to recommend me for promotion to Associate Professor. I'm overwhelmed by the love and support of my family, especially Cecilia, Olivia, and Jonathan, and grateful to be surrounded by such amazing colleagues.
