After decades of unwavering dedication and transformative leadership, Richard leaves behind a legacy that has shaped not only the ASA but also the staffing, recruiting, and workforce solutions industry as a whole.    Richard's tenure has been nothing short of remarkable—expanding ASA’s education, learning, and advocacy programs while championing industry growth and professionalism on both national and international stages. His leadership has made an indelible impact on the lives of millions of Americans seeking work to gain diverse experience, build skills, and connect with potential long-term career opportunities, and his influence will be felt for years to come.    Stepping into his shoes is Stephen C. Dwyer, who has been an invaluable asset to ASA since 2002. #StaffingIndex: Staffing employment inched down during the week of Feb. 10-16, with the ASA Staffing Index decreasing 0.4% but holding at a rounded value of 83. Staffing jobs were 7.8% lower relative to the same period last year, narrowing the gap by half a point from 8.3% the previous week.
