American Revitalization Company (ARC) is an investment fund that focuses on current income and capital appreciation. Our mission is to preserve historically important real estate and businesses in local communities throughout the country. We create value not just for our investors but for the communities we invest in. We acquire historic commercial properties with good fundamentals and permanently protect these properties by placing a historical preservation easement on the deed. Then, with our remaining fund assets, we acquire cash-flowing businesses with strong balance sheets to maximize our investors' cashflows.
