At AMFM Healthcare, we see firsthand the growing need for informed, compassionate, and effective adolescent mental health care. Too often, teens and young adults struggle in silence, while caregivers and clinicians search for the right interventions to support them. As the landscape of adolescent mental health evolves, so does our responsibility to stay ahead—ensuring that care is grounded in evidence, empathy, and accessibility. This is why we are launching Ask the A Team—a dedicated space for open, solution-driven discussions led by Aja Chavez, National Executive Director of Mission Prep, our teen intensive residential program, and Ashley Peña, National Executive Director of Mission Connection Teen, our adolescent outpatient program. These conversations will bridge the gap between research and practice, equipping clinicians, caregivers, and community members with actionable insights to enhance early intervention, refine treatment strategies, and ultimately improve outcomes for teens in need. By addressing treatment access, behavioral interventions, and the distinctions between inpatient and outpatient care, we are working to remove barriers, increase awareness, and ensure that every teen receives the support they deserve. Our goal is simple: to empower those who care for adolescents with the knowledge and tools to make a meaningful impact. Because when we invest in education, we invest in better futures for teens, their families, and the mental health professionals who support them.

Small Wins, Big Victories: The Power of Persistence in Mental Health Recovery AT AMFM Healthcare Mission Connection VA, we celebrate every milestone—big or small—because they all represent progress. Today, one of our incredible clients achieved a goal she set on day one of her therapy journey: completing a puzzle by the end of her treatment. With each group session she attended, she worked on it—piece by piece, session by session. The puzzle became more than just an activity; it was a symbol of her perseverance, growth, and healing. And today, she placed the final piece ahead of her timeline! Recovery is about more than just therapy—it’s about rebuilding confidence, setting personal goals, and proving to yourself that you can overcome challenges. This moment is a reminder that with dedication and support, what once seemed overwhelming becomes possible. We’re so proud of her and all of our clients who continue to show resilience, strength, and determination in their journeys. 💙 #MentalHealthMatters #TherapyWorks #SmallWinsBigGains #Resilience #HealingJourney
