We’re excited to announce that Andover Lending has surpassed $250 million in transaction volume in less than a year since launching! This milestone highlights the growing demand for our platform, which combines Andover Properties’ deep sector expertise with TPG Angelo Gordon’s $70 billion credit platform. We’re expanding our lending services to include small bay industrial, car wash, and manufactured housing sponsors, in addition to self storage. This joint venture between LaTerra Development and Platinum Storage Group will transform the location into a 195,000-square-foot, Class-A self storage facility. Located at 2488 Market Place Blvd., this project will feature climate-controlled units, drive-up access, and enclosed RV storage, serving the vibrant communities of Las Colinas and Irving.
