Nothing like a Christmas Eve snowstorm! Our crews were ready, ensuring sites were safe ahead of the busy holiday travel. No winter event is too big or small — preparation is key!

This past weekend, we celebrated the holiday and reflected on a year of great accomplishments and growth. Looking forward to what’s ahead!

Overgrown or mature shrubs not only impact curb appeal, but they can also pose a security and safety risk to properties. Today, one of our teams was busy removing foundation shrubs and preparing the area for a low-maintenance landscape installation.

Last week, our installation team was busy planting over 60 large trees & shrubs. With the right equipment and careful planning, we were able to work efficiently and deliver top-quality results.

This morning, we kicked off the day with a snow meeting for our sidewalk crew leaders. These quick training sessions are vital in ensuring our leaders understand expectations and are well-equipped to manage each location effectively. With over 100 crew members to coordinate during snow events, regular refreshers are crucial to maintaining smooth operations.

This past July, one of the communities we care for was hit by a localized storm that caused over 50 trees to snap, leading to property damage and blocked roads. We quickly mobilized a team of 20 + crew members, equipped with multiple chippers and loaders, to clear the debris, restore access, and ensure the safety of the community. Now, just a few months later, we’re excited to be planting 50+ Cherry Trees!

The upcoming winter season is just around the corner, and our team has gone above and beyond to ensure we’re ready. From strategic planning to meticulous preparation, every effort has been made to set us up for success. With over 30 skid steers and loaders, along with all the other necessities, already on-site, today’s wintry mix is a powerful reminder that preparation isn’t just important—it’s essential.
