Anduril is hard work on hard problems in hard mode. If that sounds terrible, don’t apply. But if you’re a roll-up-your-sleeves, figure-it-out type of builder. If you'll run through walls to support American troops & American ideals. If you prefer to work in the field, the factory or the office instead of your pajamas. We want to hear from you. When I was 14, I applied to a magnet school with a junior ROTC program—a fast track to West Point I was told. I took all the tests and remember writing my innovation essay on airplanes. I got into the tech program and immediately signed up for NJROTC. At orientation, I showed up in a camo surplus jacket, eager to fit in. As we went around the room, my classmates shared their military family legacies and stories of summer sailing programs or pilot training. I had none of that. My childhood was shaped by James Bond, a love for Aston Martins, and dreams of becoming an intelligence agent. But reality hit hard when I bailed out of boot camp—couldn’t do a pull-up and completely out of place among kids who seemed born for this path. The dream felt so out of reach, so I transferred to my local high school. I’ll find another way, I thought. Fast forward to today: I’ve found Anduril—the perfect role at the perfect time. Now, I get to pretend like I’m Q every day. This is my dream job.

"The plan is not to put [IVAS] on one person. It's to put it on the heads of every single person in the army who is bearing a rifle. Anyone who is making contact with the enemy is going to have superhuman, augmented vision." – Palmer Luckey on The Shawn Ryan Show

Small tactical units have traditionally operated with limited situational awareness – until now. During the United States Marine Corps Steel Knight Exercise, Anduril’s Menace Family of Systems (FoS) successfully integrated, marking a significant leap forward in providing warfighters at the tactical edge with direct access to the intel they need for real-time, mission-critical capabilities. https://lnkd.in/eDkFej-P

We're bringing forth Palmer Luckey's vision to create "tactical heads-up-displays that turn warfighters into technomancers and pair us with weaponized robotics." To achieve this, Anduril Industries will assume oversight of production, future development, and delivery of the U.S. Army’s Integrated Visual Augmentation System (IVAS) program. In Palmer's words: "IVAS isn’t just another product, it is a once-in-a-generation opportunity to redefine how technology supports those who serve... that this can expand far beyond one company or one headset and act as a nexus for the best of the best to set a new standard for how a large collection of companies can work together to solve our nation’s most important problems." My Connected Warfare division is excited to welcome our newest team members! Read more here: https://lnkd.in/giRKG74F.

From a refined interface that is unobtrusive and easy on the eyes to a headset that is ergonomic, compact, and durable—this is a once in a lifetime opportunity to design the next gen warfighter system and turn our heroes into superheroes by giving them eagle eyes. We are so back.
