Angela Schertle, Agency Owner, has lived in the Lawton/Fort Sill area for 24 years. Originally from Colorado Springs, Angela and her husband decided to make Lawton their permanent home when he retired from the Army in 2008. Angela worked for Fort Sill as a trainer where she discovered her love of teaching people new things. When she stepped into the Insurance arena in 2014, she quickly found her way to a training position for the Farmers Insurance District office where she trained 31 agencies and their staff across Southwest Oklahoma. In 2018, Angela purchased the Jim Shaw Farmers Insurance office and has established her agency as one that balances budget and coverage needs by educating clients so that they can make a well informed buying decision. In the past year, Angela's agency has expanded to include Walters, Waurika, Faxon and many of our rural towns. She has also begun to assist clients with Medicare and Health insurance needs and has created a Healthcare Hub in Walters, OK.
