Happy to be introducing 3 new summer interns to Apadana!! First off is Ben Mermis-Johnson: My name is Ben Merims-Johnson, and I am a rising Junior at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. I am double majoring in Finance & Risk Management. I was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota and I spend most of my free time playing either soccer, hockey, or tennis. Turner and I have the pleasure of interning at Apadana this summer. We will be helping to facilitate the sales process, by process mapping the sales funnel to closing a sale, while also setting metrics for each level of the process. In addition to that, we will be updating product proposal templates, and standardizing a marketing strategy for the company! Next, introducing Turner Fairchild: Hello, my name is Turner and I am almost a junior at Colorado State University. Currently studying business. I was born in Berlin, Germany, but spent most of my childhood growing up in Minnesota. I played hockey, golf, and lacrosse for most of my life, and spend a lot of my free time nowadays fishing and golfing. My fellow intern Ben and I are lucky enough to be working for Apadana Energy this summer assisting on documenting stages and processes of key components of the business. We are also looking forward to creating marketing strategies and evaluate/update content crucial to the baseline of the company. Lastly Aidan Stensrud: I am a soon to be sophomore at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Dual majoring in Robotics and Mechanical Engineering. I am from Minneapolis, MN and enjoy traveling and photography. I have run a marathon, and I also like biking, hiking, snowboarding, and being outdoors. As a Solar Engineering Intern at Apadana Engineering this summer, I am learning about the design of solar energy and electric vehicle charging systems. I am working with engineers to analyze customer sites for feasibility and scope of potential solar installations and create solar system proposals for the business development team.
