We dove into why social media deserves dedicated attention, why it’s not ideal to tack it onto the responsibilities of already busy employees, and why partnering with a social media contractor is a smart investment. I also shared insights on the purpose of different social media platforms and highlighted key metrics businesses should track to ensure their efforts deliver results. It was a great discussion about turning social media into a tool that works for your business. What’s one social media platform you couldn’t live without for your business—and why?

As 2025 approaches, many businesses are revisiting budgets, and marketing is often the first to face cuts. But here’s a common misconception: saving on marketing by doing it yourself or assigning it to someone already stretched thin in another role doesn’t actually prioritize marketing—it sidelines it. Effective marketing requires strategy, time, and expertise. By adding it to your own plate or piling it onto someone in the office whose main focus isn’t marketing, you’re likely to see less impact and more stress. Instead, consider this: treating marketing as a true priority means investing in professionals who can give it the focus and strategy it deserves. A strong, consistent marketing plan is what keeps your business visible, relevant, and thriving. As you finalize your 2025 budget, think about the long-term value of investing in marketing—and what it could cost your business if you don’t. #MarketingBudget #BusinessGrowth #MarketingStrategy #2025Planning #MarketingMatters

I had the opportunity to attend this morning’s Women’s Mentoring Connection session, where an insightful panel of women shared their experiences on a crucial topic: Why Women Don’t Always Support Other Women In The Workplace. The consensus? We need to uplift one another, not create animosity. By embracing our differences and avoiding competition, we create room for everyone to thrive. It’s about finding common ground and supporting each other in our journeys to success. A big thank you to the Findlay Hancock County Chamber of Commerce for hosting such impactful events. Let’s continue building each other up! #WomenSupportingWomen #MentorshipMatters #APMMarketingLLC
Happy Friday, everyone! This morning, we kicked off the day with an empowering session at our Women's Mentoring Connection, diving into the important topic of Why Women Don’t Always Support Other Women in the Workplace. A huge thank you to our incredible panelists for sharing their unique insights and experiences: Sam Sheets from Sweet Home Team Key Realty, Ginger Jones, retired from Cooper Tire & Rubber Company, Dr. Katie Karhoff from Findlay Family Practice, and Lisa Olvera from Guardian Alarm. We’d also like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Carol Metzger from Cancer Patient Services, who did a fantastic job moderating the discussion. The discussion was engaging, thought-provoking, and deeply relatable for everyone in the room. We're so grateful for the honest conversations and fresh perspectives! Special thanks to Roobarb Studios for serving as our venue host and for the thoughtful panelist gifts. Shoutout to Beagle's Cottage Blooms for the gorgeous flowers that brightened our event and went home with our speakers. Stay tuned for more inspiring events to come!
