We appreciate your dedication to maintaining a safe work environment. 🚧 As inspectors, we know the risks tied to heavy equipment operations are many. While struck-by incidents, caught-in or between accidents, and tip-overs often make headlines due to their severity, there are plenty of other hazards to consider that also contribute to frequent injuries. This February, let's shine a light on the often-overlooked dangers of heavy equipment and work together to prevent incidents before they happen. • The Christmas Spirit is overflowing at Applied Consultants. As we celebrate the birth of our Savior Jesus Christ, we share His love with others by giving of ourselves. Thanks to the generosity of our employees across the U.S., over $33,000 was raised for Applied’s 9th annual Christmas Outreach. Working together, we are providing Christmas presents for 187 families reaching over 500 children through the Buckner Family Hope Center’s Christmas Market. Our office personnel stewarded the funds, purchasing hundreds of gifts, delivering in our company trailer, a U-Haul & loaded down personal vehicles. 17 years ago, a handful of office employees were determined to be the hands of Jesus, and Christmas Outreach was born. Recognizing that others would like to be involved, opportunities for donating were extended to the field personnel in 2016. With over $10,000 raised that first year, it continued to grow until the 2020 crisis. Despite the world’s troubles, the Applied family did not waiver, digging deep, and continuing to give. We are excited to see a steady return to prior totals & look forward to reaching new heights in 2025. Have a very Merry Christmas & Be a Blessing! https://lnkd.in/gnyeyhFQ

  • Congratulations to Mallory Bennett on her 10 years of service. Mallory joined the Applied team in 2014 as our Safety & OQ Administrator and has since held other positions/roles that have been critical to Applied’s success. Prior to her joining Applied, we had the pleasure of working with Mallory during her time with a safety company we worked closely with for a multiple of different requests. Her personality and customer service driven attitude were key indicators that drew our attention to her and ultimately made her transition into Applied a successful one. Mallory now holds the title of Human Resources Coordinator and is a vital key piece in our Internal Operations Department. She works closely with our employees in the field, especially during the onboarding process, to ensure an easy and successful experience for our new hires/rehires. Most of our employees in the field have dealt with Mallory on numerous occasions and we have always heard nothing but great feedback on her efforts. She has continued to excel in her tenure here at Applied and is always willing to lend a helping hand. She donates a lot of personal time to our outreach programs, especially the biggest one we are always proud to be a part of at Christmas time. Her selflessness attitude, golden personality and dedicated work ethic are just a few of the things we all cherish and respect about her. Even when times may not be perfect, Mallory’s perspective outlook and positive energy have always been a staple in our Applied family that we are extremely grateful and appreciative of. If you talk to Mallory in the coming days, be sure to congratulate her on this accomplishment but also thank her for the countless number of hours she has volunteered to our Christmas Outreach program currently underway. Thank you Mallory and we look forward to many, many more years of working together.

  • Help us in congratulating Rip Morris on his 10 year anniversary with Applied Consultants. Rip joined the Applied team in December of 2014 as the Operations Manager and it didn’t take him long to climb the ranks into his current position, VP of Operations. Although this may be his 10th year with Applied, many of us at Applied have known him longer as he worked for a neighboring company of ours back in the day known as WrapMaster. Rip was the General Manager there from 2008 to 2014 until he joined Applied. Since his time here, he has become an integral part of the day to day operations of our company. Handling issues from the field level to the client level, his leadership and expertise are valuable assets that we are extremely appreciative of. His loyalty, dedication, hard work, late nights and productive work ethic have helped Applied continue to grow through the years in the industry. His diligent effort to provide the best customer service possible not only resonates from his work, but also an expectation he has implemented throughout his department at Applied. So, if you visit with him in the coming days, be sure to help us thank him for his resilient service and dedication. Just make sure if you talk to him before 8:00 AM he’s had at least one cup of coffee so that his charismatic personality is on point. All joking aside, thank you Rip for all you do. Here’s to 10 more.
