We're thrilled to recognize Aptyx team member Ken P for Making It Happen! Ken has been actively engaged on a Site Tiger Team and focusing on the principles of SMED. He and his team have developed and implemented several processes and area work layout improvements leading to better prestaging of tooling prior to presses going down for changeovers.
