Align the Spine, Aim the Divine! I had the privilege of conducting an engaging 45-minute session on spine health and awareness. In today’s fast-paced world, many of us stay updated with technology, news, and skill enhancements, often earning multiple certifications. Yet, we tend to overlook a crucial aspect—our wellness. During the session, I emphasized the importance of the spine, its structure, and simple yet effective exercises to maintain its health. My mission is to help individuals suffering from back pain overcome health challenges through self-healing techniques, yoga, and natural remedies. It was a joy to share practical self-care tips with a vibrant audience from diverse backgrounds, including corporate trainers, entrepreneurs, nutritionists, artists, actors, homemakers, business owners, lecturers, educators, trainers, managers, college students, and executives. 🌟 Exciting Launch of "Are you ok baby?" on World Spine Day! 🌟- October 16th, 2024. I am thrilled to announce the official launch of my channel, "Are you ok baby?", aimed at promoting social awareness, wellness, and making a positive impact on society. As part of the launch, we conducted a Free Spine Awareness Session today from 7 to 9 pm, where 30-35 participants joined and benefited from the insights shared. The feedback has been overwhelming! 🙏 ✨ My yoga teacher deeply appreciated the session and has now expressed an interest in learning Dorn Therapy to further his understanding of spine health. ✨ One friend even sold his bike on OLX after understanding how its structure affected his spine health! 🏍️➡️🙌 ✨ Another friend appreciate for the Great initiative and good content shared... He included that the content were relevant to current scenarios in managing health 💡 ✨ One participant mentioned: "Awakening session, Siva. I will start with the Yoga exercises for my aches. Will call you for any other guidance. ✨ Someone mentioned " Wonderful session, learned a few new things, like the number of pillows for sleeping and the reason for separating girls during puberty and taking care for 12-15 days to support the pelvic region are very useful." 🙌 ✨ One of my students shared: "Ma'am, I enjoyed this meeting a lot. I understood so much, thanks 😊. I studied math with you and thought you were a great teacher 💖, but now I would say you are a fantastic teacher in the world. 😘" It's incredible to see how awareness can inspire real-life changes, and I am grateful for all the positive responses.
