Today, Klaus Scheile from T-Systems International and Andreas K. from Area9 Lyceum shared insights at the Global Upskill Summit, discussing how #adaptivelearning can help tackle key challenges faced by T-Systems. T-Systems is navigating critical issues such as time constraints, #skillshortages, and the need to align teams through orientation, #data, and motivation. Together, we explored how an adaptive learning approach can provide practical solutions. A recent pilot project has already demonstrated the potential of this collaboration to address these challenges effectively. 20 months after the launch of #ChatGPT, the world’s interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI) continues to evolve. While it has driven innovation, the backlash has begun. Increasingly, people point to hallucinations in #LargeLanguageModels and inconsistent results when using them. There’s a sense that creating good education and training results using #AI will be more difficult than we have hoped. At an exciting event held by Area9 Lyceum in Riyadh on September 9th, we explored these crucial topics in depth. We are grateful for the attendance and insightful contributions of our esteemed guests, who enriched the discussions significantly and shared with us the proud moment of launching our office in Saudi Arabia, marking a significant step in our global expansion.
