2025 is shaping up to be an extraordinary year for Argon Medical. We are thrilled to announce the acquisition of the SeQure® and DraKon™ microcatheters from Guerbet, a leading pharmaceutical company in France. Launched in 2018, these microcatheters are renowned for their navigation, trackability, and compatibility with therapeutic agents and embolics. The SeQure catheter, uniquely designed to create a fluid barrier that controls reflux and targets therapeutic delivery, stands out as a game-changer in interventional oncology. This acquisition is a pivotal step toward expanding our oncology portfolio beyond biopsy and drainage into therapeutic devices and accessories that help interventional oncologists fight cancer. These products strengthen our presence in interventional oncology while establishing a foothold in embolic procedures, aligning perfectly with our growth strategy.  Following the acquisition, we’ve formed a dedicated project team to transfer manufacturing to our Athens facility, with some microcatheter SKUs expected to be available immediately. Joining us in this exciting journey are five talented new colleagues from Accurate Medical Therapeutics in Israel— Eran Miller, Tom Dagan, Matan Shtepel, Osnat Harbater, and Tair Shalem (Elkabetz)—who will be instrumental in this transition. The prospective, multicenter CLEAN-PE study aims to evaluate the safety and efficacy of the Cleaner™ Pro Thrombectomy System for removing blood clot from the lungs in patients diagnosed with pulmonary embolism (PE).
