🌟 2024 Arizona LeadingAge Fitness Challenge: Showcasing Senior Wellness and Community Spirit! 🌟 We’re thrilled to kick off the annual Arizona LeadingAge Fitness Challenge—a high-energy event that brings together senior living communities from all over the state to showcase their wellness prowess, celebrate their fitness achievements, and connect with friends. 🏆💪 Every year, this challenge provides an inspiring platform for older adults to demonstrate their strength, resilience, and commitment to health. From relay races to basketball bounce, and Wii bowling to cornhole, participants are proving that wellness has no age limit! The Fitness Challenge offers more than just competition; it builds camaraderie, community pride, and promotes a lifestyle of wellness that positively impacts everyone involved. The genesis of this amazing event comes for our beloved colleague, friend, and leader Kristie Larsen of blessed memory.
