Our very own Social Committee hosted a Charcuterie Master Class in support of our upcoming United Way campaign! 🧀🍇 The event consisted of crafting stunning mini charcuterie boards, indulging in a variety of exclusive cheese & chocolate pairings alongside a selection of wines and exciting door prizes throughout the night. It was a delightful evening full of creativity, flavor and community spirit while supporting a great cause! A special thanks to our Social Committee for planning such an incredible event and to Payroll and Benefits Specialist Laurel Podgorski for being our expert charcuterie guide! It was a wonderful kickstart to the holiday season! 🎄 #Charcuterie #CharcuterieBoard

Temp services have become increasingly common in today's distribution economy, with major players like Amazon, Walmart and Temu utilizing them at their distribution centers. These services come with unique workers' compensation insurance requirements, such as the need for an Alternate Employer endorsement and coordinated policies for residual market placements. The governing code aligns with the client placement, and monthly reporting is essential for budget and financial planning. Seasonal fluctuations are typical, and minimum premiums tend to be higher than usual due to the nature of these services. Give one of our Workers' Compensation brokers a call, and let us help you find the right solution. https://bit.ly/48xycuM

What an amazing experience our Kentucky team had at the Big I Kentucky Annual Convention and Tradeshow in Louisville. Professional Liability Senior Broker, Mark Swayze represented Arlington/Roe as a speaker on the Anatomy of a Cyber Attack Panel. Our associates went to Top Golf, participated in a wine & bourbon toss and silent auction, hosted a booth and dressed up for the wonderful Women Leaders in Insurance decade themed dinner. The convention concluded with a presentation from Congressman James Comer and the Commissioner of the Kentucky Department of Insurance Sharon Clark. The rest of the day was spent at Churchill Downs. It was fantastic to see so many agents and familiar faces. We look forward to building upon our partnerships! A heartfelt thank you goes to Big I Kentucky for organizing another remarkable conference. The commitment and effort put into making this event a success are truly appreciated. #BigIKentucky

We had a blast attending the Big I of Indiana Convention! We had a couple of associates who were speakers: - Rick Pitts, Vice President, General Counsel was a presenter at the Active Shooter: Practical Preparation Meets Insurance class. - Jennie Carr, Vice President, Brokerage was on the Carrier-Broker panel. Our associates hosted a booth, toured the Indiana Statehouse to learn more about regulatory initiatives for the insurance industry and networked with a lot of agents. We want to express our gratitude to the Big I of Indiana for our continued partnership and for hosting another amazing convention! Congratulations to all of the 2024 award winners and a huge thank you for the Big I of Indiana for having us! #BigIIndiana

Thank you to Christensen Group Insurance for hosting a fantastic evening at the Mall of America to celebrate your carrier partnerships. It was truly rewarding to connect with the Christensen team and the carriers in attendance. Events like these highlight the strong, close-knit community within our industry, and I’m grateful that Arlington/Roe was able to be a part of it.
