Congratulations to Duluth Area Chamber member Titanium Partners for receiving this year’s Best Redevelopment of a Healthcare Facility Award at the 2024 Minnesota Real Estate Journal Awards! 🎉 Dozens of redevelopment projects throughout the state were narrowed down to three impressive finalists, and Titanium Partners’ Arrowpointe Medical Center was selected as the best of the best! When the Covid-19 pandemic negatively impacted several similar healthcare related facilities throughout the nation, many partially or even completely closed their doors. Unfortunately, many of those still remain closed. However, in Duluth, Titanium Partners seized the opportunity to rethink and redevelop their facility, seeking to attract and support new businesses and tenants - and that’s exactly what they did. It took vision, courage, collaboration, patience, perseverance and an unwavering belief in Duluth and our business community. After millions of dollars in investment and proactive recruitment of potential new tenants/businesses, Arrowpointe Medical Center is now a thriving medical hub which many local businesses are proud to call home. Tenants include: Arrowhead Surgery Center, Northern Neurosurgery & Spine, Dermatology Duluth, Northland Plastic Surgery Retina Consultants of MN, In Motion Therapy and United Healthcare. Titanium Partners CEO Brian Forcier thanked and credited many including the building’s tenants, investors, his impressive team, local labor and contractors, various community partners, the City of Duluth, the Duluth Area Chamber of Commerce and Duluth Chamber Foundation for the support, advocacy and collaboration, saying this award is dedicated to Duluth!
