Last month Asbury team members in Indiana volunteered supporting Coburn Place Safe Haven, an Asbury Cares community partner. One group of team members worked together to set up and decorate a studio apartment while others put together a pre-fabricated outdoor shed. Additionally, 100 gifts were ordered, packed, and donated to the adult residents. Coburn Place specializes in fresh starts for survivors of domestic violence and their children, offering transitional and community-based housing, well-being services, and children services. It is an honor to serve and support local members of our communities who are in need.   #BecauseWeCare #Community #Service

During November of last year, 23 Asbury team members graduated from the 6th cohort of our Service Manager Development Program. This program is designed to prepare team members for service leadership roles across Asbury by covering topics such as financial literacy, leadership development, and service manager fundamentals. Last week, Georgia team members spent time packing and prepping food items during our annual Hunger Fight Food Packing Holiday Service Event. Together, these team members packed 57,784 meals to be distributed to a local Asbury community, in addition to 2,000 books that will be donated. It is our privilege to make an impact through service. This year, Asbury's Park Place Dealerships provided grants to 18 Texas non-profits through their Season of Giving initiative. In total, $100,000 was awarded to the selected organizations for their philanthropic efforts in the areas of education, medical research, advocacy, and the arts, aligning with Park Place’s Pillars of Giving. We are proud to financially support our communities and enable purpose-driven service through our partnership with local charities and volunteer paid time off incentive to team members. This month, Asbury team members across our Georgia locations donated various gifts for infants, children, and teens to support North Fulton Community Charities' Toyland Donation Drive. North Fulton Community Charities' Toyland event provides nearly 1,400 local youth with new toys, bringing joy to children and financial security to parents during the holidays. Last month, 15 Asbury team members graduated from our National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) General Managers Academy. In this program, team members learn methods for improving dealership profitability and exploring innovative industry technology. At Asbury, we value the importance of career growth and development for our team members. Asbury and Nalley Automotive Group team members engaged in North Fulton Community Charities' annual Coatsgiving! Through generous donations from the North Atlanta community, this event provides new or gently-used coats, gloves, scarves, socks, hats, and all of the ingredients to cook a delicious Thanksgiving dinner to local families. This year more than 1,900 local adults and children were served. Our goal this season is to be a source of hope as we volunteer our time and drive change in our communities.   #BecauseWeCare #FillTheSeasonWithGiving

Colorado team members recently spent time bagging food and prepping snack boxes for Jefferson County elementary schools with Jeffco Eats. The meal boxes will go directly to local families in need. The Colorado Cares council also made a $10,000 donation to Jeffco to support their mission of ensuring no child goes hungry. Our Asbury Cares holiday initiative, Fill the Season with Giving, offers team members the opportunity to utilize their volunteer hours to bring light to the local community through service during the final months of the year.
