When our client envisioned a year-round lap pool in the heart of Rehoboth Beach, we knew it would be a challenge. City lot constraints and setback regulations made it seem unlikely—but we saw an opportunity instead of an obstacle. Thanks to smart design and the right resources, we delivered a breathtaking, efficient, and functional lap pool that maximizes every inch of space. From an autocover for heat retention to a beautifully finished patio designed for relaxation and family time, this project proves that no challenge is too great when innovation meets craftsmanship.
