At ASPbelong, we believe in the power of #SupportiveCommunities to transform mental well-being. 📱🧠❤️ What We Do: ASPbelong merges immersive storytelling with contemporary #Technology and evidence-based #Psychology, creating unique, smartphone-facilitated, face-to-face collaborative experiences. Our mission is to foster #SocialWellbeing and #SenseOfBelonging among young people. 🤝 Join Our Mission: Together, we are developing this pioneering format for use in schools and other community settings. Our goal? To boost young people’s mental health by fostering a greater sense of belonging and connectedness. 🇪🇺 Our Supporters: Funded by the European Union and UK Research and Innovation (UKRI), our project aims to set new standards in mental health interventions. 🌟 Wrapping Up 2024 🌟 This year has been amazing for our project. We’ve made incredible progress in developing our immersive experience for young people, while our cultural exchanges in Czechia, the UK, and Portugal brought some of the most emotional moments of the year. The final exchange, organized by our colleagues from ATV - Académico de Torres Vedras, took place in October at a coastal hotel in Portugal. It was both a reunion of friends and a moment of farewells, sometimes accompanied by tears. Highlights included: 🎮 Playtesting the first episode and gathering feedback. 📖 Exploring Lina’s Diary. 🎧 Curating Spotify playlists for different parts of the story. 🎨 Artwork & 🎭 drama games. 🧗 An excursion to a local adventure park. This exchange captured the heart of our project: hard work, creativity, and belonging. As we reflect on 2024, we’re deeply grateful to everyone who contributed their energy and passion. Thank you for making this year unforgettable. Looking forward to 2025!
