Kenya Education Fund (KEF) seeks a Director of Development to play a pivotal role in advancing the mission and growth of the organization by developing and implementing a comprehensive fundraising, marketing, and events program. The Director of Development will drive both short- and long-term strategic planning, cultivating meaningful philanthropic relationships, and securing support for the organization's priorities. With a blend of innovative thinking and proven implementation, the Director of Development will collaborate closely with the Executive Director, Board, and staff to elevate the organization's fundraising efforts. Kenya Education Fund’s mission is to provide economically disadvantaged students in Kenya with scholarships, support, and educational resources for them to improve their lives and communities. In 2003 primary school in Kenya became free. Despite the positive impact of abolishing school fees for primary education in Kenya, secondary education remains a challenge. Currently, the enrollment rate is approximately 70%, and the majority of students still face barriers due to financial constraints and widespread poverty. Kenya Education Fund provides scholarships to students in Kenya based on need and merit. Over the past 18 years, KEF has provided more than 4,500 scholarships and partnered with 153 schools, working towards achieving its vision of self-reliance for people in Kenya through education. Global Smile Foundation seeks a Senior Director of Development to be responsible for the creation and execution of a comprehensive fundraising strategy that drives sustainable revenue growth and aligns with the organization’s mission. The Senior Director will focus on expanding and diversifying funding sources through major gifts, corporate partnerships, individual giving, and institutional grants, while minimizing fundraising costs. In addition to overseeing fundraising operations, including proposal development, donor solicitations, and grant applications, the Senior Director will collaborate closely with the Board and senior leadership to leverage connections and enhance fundraising efforts. Cottey College seeks a Vice President for Institutional Advancement to perform a wide range of complex administrative activities related to philanthropic funding and public relations, communication, and promotion of Cottey College to its constituents. The Associate Vice President for Advancement will collaborate closely with the Vice President for Advancement and Advancement Leadership Team to plan and execute a comprehensive Advancement program. Caramoor Center for Music and the Arts seeks a President & CEO. The President & CEO will be an innovative leader — committed to and passionate about world class music — who will provide vision, strategic direction, and general management for Caramoor. The President & CEO will oversee day-to-day operations of this multifaceted cultural institution as well as general management of the organization, including all administrative, fundraising, audience development, fiscal oversight, educational outreach, community relations, and collaborative ventures and partnerships, while also ensuring that all physical, logistical, and production aspects of Caramoor are expertly managed. Wellesley College seeks an Assistant Vice President for Development & Campaign Director to lead and advance fundraising efforts across a range of strategic initiatives. The Assistant Vice President will direct the planning and execution of both short- and long-term fundraising strategies, including principal, major, planned, annual gifts, and corporate and foundation giving. As Campaign Director, the Assistant Vice President will manage the administrative aspects of a multi-year comprehensive campaign, including the creation of detailed timelines, benchmarks, and progress reports, while leveraging data analytics to inform campaign strategies. Serving as a key partner to leadership, the Assistant Vice President will regularly report on the campaign’s results and successes, offering insights for continued growth and refinement.
