Last year, we were fortunate to sign a major Shopify brand as a direct customer (we mostly sell to 3PLs). We've learned a lot from this opportunity. In fact, we launched an entirely new product feature for this brand to help them fight back against fraud and abuse while not impacting their best customers. I'm excited to share more in due time, but I wanted to share some stats that highlight our impact since launching in Q2 2024. - Product type: primarily footwear - Returned GMV processed: $23M - Restock rate: 86% - Average time from return arrival at warehouse to return processed: 3 days (including weekends and peak) - Fraud and abuse mitigated: ~$1M (i.e. they withheld refunds on ~4% of returns) Two Boxes is one of the highest ROI pieces of technology that brands (and 3PLs!) can make use of today.

Jabil and Apptronik have announced a pilot and strategic collaboration to build Apollo humanoid robots and integrate them into specific Jabil manufacturing operations. This includes the production lines that will build the humanoids, paving the way for Apollo to build Apollo. As part of the pilot program, newly manufactured Apollo units will complete an array of simple, repetitive intralogistics and manufacturing tasks within Jabil’s factory environment for real-world validation testing. Humanoids augment and support the existing workforce, allowing employees who may previously have done these monotonous tasks to focus their time on more creative, thought-intensive projects. In January, I officially closed my 100th logo here at Gong. In working with them, I got a sneak peak at what they’re doing and Metropolis Technologies blew me away. In 2024, they acquired SP+ and it was the largest venture backed M&A of the year. Over 4,000 locations and 20,000 employees. They are radically changing the parking industry and making an analog and frustrating experience frictionless by introducing computer vision to parking assets. I recently saw a garage in Chicago that had it and it was SLICK. They're growing like crazy and it seems like every real estate owner wants to work with them and deploy their technology. They choose Gong over 3 other competitors because we were the best platform to partner with regarding their outcomes on predictability, productivity, and growth. With the revenue leadership of Ryan Hunt Ahmad Atari Eric Roseman Alex Schueler Elie Small Zaki Khan William Clay, this company is one of the best run revenue organizations I've seen.
